SCOPE OF WORK

Welcome to HUDA’S BEAUTIES! This is a collaboration between you and Huda Beauty. We are so excited to have you onboard.

WE BELIEVE THAT BEAUTY IS SELF-MADE. As a Huda Beauty ambassador, you’ll be one of our brand champions; an integral part of our mission to celebrate real, unfiltered beauty. You’ll be sharing your love for all things Huda Beauty, while inspiring others with your fun & engaging content. Here’s how we can work together...

Scope of Work

Once you have completed a few easy makeup missions, you will be rewarded with a product voucher.

Huda Beauty expects you to post at least once on your Instagram Grid and/or TikTok within 30 days after receiving your Huda Beauty product. To earn more points and unlock more rewards, we encourage you to post more frequently.

After the first post goes live, you are free to take part in as many makeup missions as you please.

You can earn points through makeup missions, eligible content engagement and qualifying affiliate sales to level up through each tier of the program.

Each time you level up you will unlock bigger and better rewards and exclusive perks, so don’t forget to continually share the Huda Beauty love! We expect you to post on your IG grid each time you receive more Huda Beauty products.

Content Expectations

When posting on social media, you must include:

  • Tags to all relevant Huda Beauty channels (@hudabeauty) & brand hashtags #hudabeauty #hudabeauties
  • Clear disclosure that your content is part of a brand collaboration, including the use of #ad. imagery that is respectful and appropriate for all audiences.
  • Authentic content that accurately represents your genuine experience with Huda Beauty products. Content that is misleading, deceptive, or primarily AI-generated is not permitted.

When posting on social media, you must not include:

  • Mentions, images or references to any offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Degenerative comments towards competitors, employees, social personalities or religious characters.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party.

As a member of HUDA’S BEAUTIES you are agreeing that any content you submit to the program may be used and re-purposed by Huda Beauty and its retail, distribution and commercial partners for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes, both online and offline, without any compensation beyond the benefits provided as part of HUDA’S BEAUTIES. Wherever possible, Huda Beauty will credit you as the creator of the content by using your social media handle, name or username. However, due to technical limitations or space constraints, explicit attribution may not always be possible.

Huda Beauty reserves the right to remove, alter or replace any rewards/incentives at any time.

Termination

Either party may delete your account at any time. Your partnership may be terminated by Huda Beauty if:

  • You fail to post at least once on your IG Grid within 30 days after receiving your Huda Beauty product.
  • Your account is inactive for a period of 3 months or longer.
  • You sell, transfer, license, or assign your rewards, account, submissions, reward credits, loyalty points, or any account rights (or attempt to do any of the same) to anyone other than yourself.
  • You fail to meet the program expectations, which may include but are not limited to: Posting or submitting content that is of low quality. Posting or submitting content that doesn’t adhere to our Huda Beauty guidelines. Posting or submitting content that doesn’t meet the terms outlined in the Scope of Work.
  • There is evidence of activity that violates the spirit of the program, including but not limited to: Attempts to manipulate affiliate commissions through self-purchases or purchases made by individuals closely associated with you. Behavior indicative of reselling or bulk purchasing not intended for personal use or genuine content creation. Providing false or misleading information, including impersonating another creator or linking social media accounts that you do not own or manage.

Huda Beauty reserves the right to remove participants whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values, integrity, or intended purpose of the program.

This site runs on the Duel platform under the Duel terms of service and privacy policy
